Settebello Pizzeria Napoletano has finally opened their doors and are serving Pasadena some of the finest pizza around. The imported brick oven will push out pizzas in 60-90 seconds, the way it is done in Napoli.
The newest outpost of Settebello is another restaurant changing the Playhouse District dining scene. With Tender Greens next door, Roy’s on the other side and Elements Kitchen across the way, this section of Colorado Boulevard has turned into a great spot to grab a bite to eat.
Mrs. Scoop and I are fans of Mother Dough in Los Feliz, another Neapolitan pizza joint that sounds very similar to Settebello. If you have never been, please do so as it is extremely good but beware, it is small and has a limited menu. We hope that Settebello can become our local spot and compete with the likes of Mother Dough.
